The ability to think of new and effective things to do, together with an eagerness to do them.
entrepreneur
An individual who creates any new enterprise, usually a business, bearing most of the risks and enjoying most of the rewards. An entrepreneur is an innovator and a source of new ideas, products, services, or expertise. Source: Investopedia

Appropriate to the current time, period, or circumstances; of contemporary interest.
small to mid-size enterprise (SME)
Also known as a small to mid-size business (SMB), a small to mid-size enterprise (SME) is a company with revenues, assets or a number of employees below a certain threshold. Each country has its own definition of what constitutes a SME. Though small in size, SMEs play an important role in the economy and are generally entrepreneurial in nature, helping to shape innovation. Source: Investopedia
